WMSCOG Bought With God's Own Blood

Today, there are so many churches around us. But there is only one church that God has established on the earth. Then, how can we find the true church established by God among so many churches around the world? 
According to the Bible, it is only the church of God that is bought with God's own blood.

Ac 20:28 " Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood."

The church, which God Himself takes care of, is the church bought with God's own blood. What does it mean the church bought with God's blood?

First, what is the name of this church? Just as people and companies have their names, this church has its own name.

1 Co 1:1-2 " Paul, called to be an apostle of Christ Jesus by the will of God, and our brother Sosthenes, To the church of God in Corinth, to those sanctified in Christ Jesus and called to be his holy people, together with all those everywhere who call on the name of our Lord Jesus Christ—their Lord and ours:"

What did Apostle Paul call the church in Corinth? He called it the "church of God." The name of the church which God established was the "church of God."  Because the church was in Corinth, he called it the "church of God in Corinth." In other words, if the church is in New York, it will be called the church of God in New York. The name of the church which God established is clearly the "church of God."

Then, if any church just has the name "Church of God," can it be the true church established by God? NO!! There is an important feature.

Ac 20:28 " Be shepherds of the church of God, which he bought with his own blood."

The true "Church of God" is the "church that God bought with His own blood." What does "God's blood" mean in the Bible?

Ex 34:25 “Do not offer the blood of a sacrifice to me along with anything containing yeast, and do not let any of the sacrifice from the Passover Festival remain until morning.

Here, God said the Passover sacrifice "His sacrifice." He also mentioned the blood of the Passover as His blood. 

Mt 26:26-28 "While they were eating, Jesus took bread, and when he had given thanks, he broke it and gave it to his disciples, saying, “Take and eat; this is my body.” Then he took a cup, and when he had given thanks, he gave it to them, saying, “Drink from it, all of you. 28 This is my blood of the[b] covenant, which is poured out for many for the forgiveness of sins."

Jesus also said the blood of the Passover is His blood. It means the church of God was bought with the Passover blood.

Then why God established the church with the Passover blood? It was because He wanted to give us the forgiveness of sins.

Eph 1:7 "In him we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins..."

The goal of our faith is the forgiveness of sins. It is given to us only through the Passover blood. That's why the Church of God is bought with the Passover blood.

Only when we keep the Passover in the Church of God established with the Passover blood, we can receive the forgiveness of our sins and salvation. We can do nothing when we leave the Church of God.
